That's exactly it; everybody speaks of this 'debt' as a constant albatross, never to leave; but a couple fo successful ipos can wipe this out quickly, not to mention additional buybacks of debt at a reduced percentage. The point is is the odds for a successful future, the possibilities; and those spell a number of options for icge that are quite viable 120million of debt has just been reduced for 30 million. That ain't peanuts and it should not be minimized; it was a hugely successful maneuver and sign that this company is being well managed. stiltz1
