Well, they "excluded charges," and that's bullish, because it means we don't have to think about troubling losses.

HWP warned, too, saying that in the coming quarter, revenue will fall from the current level, a CBS MarketWatch story said.

HWP's earnings excluded a "$282 million pretax restructuring charge related to job cuts and other items."

The warnings are good news, of course. They're probably all warning because of the bullish economic factors that support the high multiples mentioned earlier, such as rising unemployment claims.
