I've found it slow going today as well. Anchor Desk sent this nice note to its subscribers, and I liked it so well, kept it as a reminder of what good Customer Service is like...

Don't you hate it when technical difficulties get in your way? So do we. Unfortunately, AnchorDesk isn't immune to them, and that's why we're writing to apologize for some glitches we experienced late Monday and early Tuesday.

You might have seen these problems firsthand if you recently tried to access links from the AnchorDesk newsletters and got the dreaded "Page Not Found" error. This was the result of a server crash at our newsletter distribution center.

That's the bad news. The good news is, everything's back up and running and the newsletter links should now work just fine. And for future reference, if you ever miss a newsletter issue or run into problems accessing a story, you can always find all of AnchorDesk's daily columns--plus our back issues--online at www.anchordesk.com.
