AMAT(a company i respect for its tradition of candidness)

You're kidding, right? This is the first Q I can remember that AMAT really told it like it is. Usually, they always paint a rosy picture of the future. I remember 2 Q's ago they talked about seeing the bottom. SIx weeks later, Rick Hill at NVLS said he didn't know what Morgan was smoking.

The Nasdaq just started cracking today. My guess, for the little it's worth, is that tomorrow the dips get bought, then sold, in a series of lower highs and lows, and that we close on the lows. Obviously, this just a WAG.

Max, From Don Worden (TC2000 folks) that many stocks have similar symtoms in the early 2000 that they're running away w/o much support from fundamentals and TA. He said they will collaspe. I'm just bidding my time. History will repeat itself in one form or another.
