Michael.
also, AMAT makes my list WA (why advertise) companies.
WA is an alert mech. i use i.e: - why does a company that doesn't sell retail all of a sudden start to advertise on tv. i mean, heck, i'm not going to see the advertisement and all of a sudden say,"gee, i think i'll by some chip making equipment!!". and i don't think the exec's at intel or micron are going to see it and say, "hey, let's try these guys out"!!

"Weekend Leonids Meteor Shower Probably Best 'in Our Lifetimes,' Astronomers Say
By Joseph B. Verrengia The Associated Press
Published: Nov 14, 2001

Brew some coffee. Unpack the lawn chairs. Astronomers predict this year's Leonids meteor display, expected to appear before dawn Sunday, will be a dazzler worth missing a little sleep.
"It's now or never," said Robert Naeye of the Astronomy Society of the Pacific. "Astronomers don't think we'll see another storm like this one until the year 2099. We will probably never see a better meteor shower in our lifetimes." ..."

Regards, Don

A Note to the Nervous. The co. declaring bankruptcy is Burlington Industries, not Burlington Resources.
