Joe, concerning the new mobile Athlon 4 package: According to a report from c't (see heise.de ) all 0.13 micron mobile CPUs will get a new package. AMD hasn't yet decided if it will be MPGA (Micro Pin Grid Array) or BGA (Ball Grid Array). But they are working on both right now.
