OK now what if you sign up a new account to a 90 day trial. How do you record this revenue?

If you can write off "equity based compensation" over a three year period, why not just annualize this three month contract, they'll probably renew any way?

JMHO

Any comments are welcome, I'm just trying to figure out how they can have 47% of their gross sales result in net loss???

Something doesn't add up here IMHO FWIW, BWDIK :)

Jim - whole issue of "stock based compensation" is a sore topic for me.

Its an absolute joke.
Then to make it even worse, they report pro-forma where stock based compensation is not included.

WEBX is a pure POS.
I am looking to box again tomorrow 29-30 from 33.64
This is been a nice trader.
but one of these day there wont be a bounce coming, like HOMS.

You can only get away with murder so long.

One possibility is that the compensation is options based with a three year vesting period.

Not that I'm defending the company, in fact it's my largest short position.
