Mary, I am just an AGRIEVED VICTIM of Regis Possino thus it is my duty to expose this POS and all that he is connected to. Newman gave a sob story about how David Evans of Bloomberg was picking on poor poor xybr. If it was known at the time that the conman Regis Possino was the behind the xybr promotion I am sure investors would have not have been crying about Bloomberg. BTW, besides Access1 Financial sharing the same phone number and address with the conman,they slipped up is when they faxed out Bergmans fraudulent buy recommendations. You see the crooks where cheep and faxed out the buy recommendation using the "Corporate Financial Enterprises" fax cover sheet. Unfortunatly for Bergman if he would have made a access1 financial fax cover sheet this would have gone unnoticed by me. According to SEC filings Regis Possino was the President of this company. I still have this fax cover sheet and many many reports that these nice people where so nice to fax me at one time.
