Thanks! That's exactly what I've been doing, shorting the tops of the wedges in down markets or even in weak stocks in rallies.

And you sure can tell the trend has changed on days like we had this week, stealth bullflags all over!

And I am amazed you too see them even in the ticks, I draw them on my tick charts all the time. But I have not noticed the tick reading when they set up so that's some great info - the tick at extremes being a better setup. I always watch volume but adding this will really help.

Chris. RE: Ticks. Do u think there is consistent correlation between using NYSE ticks as a leading indicator with NAZ futures? Seems like there is quite a different mix of stocks and the correlation would be inconsistent? Would be nice to get just the Tick of the NDX.
