KT, puleeeeeze is the correct spelling of pleeeeeeeeeze. re amzn and yhoo, and some of the other beaten down internet companies, yes, they have had big moves, but the survivors of the internet massacre will become huge business. amzn is forging deals where it is becoming the internet marketer for various companies (ToysRUs, Target for 2) utilizing their internet presence and selling infrastructure. they should not have to inventory items for these companies, but can do drop shipments i assume.
as for yhoo, i described the potential benefits of the SBC/prodigy deal yest.
Primecap, a very respected money management company, has recently significantly increased their position in telecom stocks: NT and RIMM for two, dumping airline stocks in the process.
We are in the early stages of a major turn-around, and, while not V-shaped, many of the companies that have been totally trounced will be the big percentage winners in 2003-2003. January effect in November? larry
