either it is beinf shorted and fools are buying or it is being held here ans smart money is buying while flippers get impatient and sell.

NTD seems to be controlling the range as they sure pull it down any time it moves towards 70

of course news good or bad will send it flying - Other than all those lawsuits being re-released 2 times each

Yesterday Lawsuit news was the 6th time the same firm issued the same news via Yahoo

OK here is the gig; according to the Yahoo newswire here is the list of lawsuits and the datyes that each firm has hit the yahoo wire.

Now tell me - Why does Milberg need to hit the wire 5 times and Berman 4 times with the same usless crap. I should sue them sleazy aambulance chasers for stock manipulation.
