NOV 15 INDEX UPDATE
------------------------------
Short-term technical readings:
DOW - overbought region, borderline intraday CLASS 1 SELL
SPX - overbought region, borderline intraday CLASS 1 SELL
OEX - overbought region, borderline intraday CLASS 1 SELL
NAZ - overbought region, borderline intraday CLASS 1 SELL
NDX - overbought region, borderline intraday CLASS 1 SELL
VIX - oversold region(inverse to market

Noticed alot of candlestic talk. The ones to watch are the BEARISH ENGULFINGs and the SHOOTING STARS.

MSFT had a perfect BEARISH ENGULFING PATTERN. Not predicting, but if there is a gap down this morning then that would solidify the pattern, since it would produce a small island.

Shooting stars are 2 days patterns, and if the 3rd day gaps down below DAY 2, then that would be an EVENING STAR/ABANDONED BABY(of course dependinging on the size of the fist gap/shadows).

At TUE's close I added a short position with the USPIX(short-NDX), keeping in mind that it is mutual fund based on closing prices. The NDX was only up a few points yesterday so no concern yet.

The futures are right now down 16 on the NDX, so if things don't change by the open, we may get that down gap this morning.
