You are correct that not all sectors of real estate experienced similar inflations. Those that didn't probably won't participate in the coming asset deflation. I didn't expect my theory to be all-encompassing, and it certainly is not as black and white as I might have indicated. However, I think the basic concept has merit: where money creation takes place influences what kinds of inflation result. And I just rambled like that because I had my laptop on a three-hour flight... BC
