Tough to say since nothing's been reported. The volume since the trouble began is about 35M shares and would normally be maybe 5M shares so I would guess 20-30M of Bob's are gone. Payne Webber filed a 13K saying they have 20% of the outstanding. There was mediation going on and it might still be. It's anybody's guess at this stage but it is MHO that getting shares at todays price is a great opportunity as I believe fair value of this stock is in the $ 5-10 range.
