I'm sure there is a conspiracy theory somewhere.

I saw ads that:
No money down, no problem.
No money, no problem.
No job, no problem.
Bad credit, no problem.
No credit, no problem.

You are either on the right side or wrong side of the equation.

The 'low-interest, no-interest' policy is just shifting money from one place
to the other.

There are quite a few of retirees saw income dropped 60+%, but then
these folks are history anyway. Definitely on the wrong side of the
equation.
