Frank. You seet my Tylenol post for longs last nite?<g> Message 16660437 FWIW, key IMHO is not to get emotional when you get ambushed in a few positions. Happens to even the best pros I've known. Mental sell stops are important and I use em. But OTOH, there's no shame in being patient with an excellent LT investment if you have to sit for a few weeks or even months with a moderate paper loss. It's in no way rationalizing to consider a few good LT holdings as the terrorist insurance that in one night could turn into huge gainer. That's why I'm not going to be entirely out of gold or energy no matter what ST gyrations the market goes through. A plan is a plan. Am comfortable sticking with mine. Isopatch
