Theoretical question:

Say we had a database of DNA for everyone in the country. Guy is arrested. Cops take a hair to do a DNA ID match.

Any 5th amendment problems if the guy objects to having his hair taken?

What's to prevent a person from obtaining 5 different national i.d. cards, all with the same fingerprint but different names, addresses, and other vitals? Seems unlikely the gov't. could do real-time matching of every fingerprint in the nation to prevent that from happening.

The problem of multiple i.d.'s wouldn't be solved.
