Looks like shares out have ballooned from 5.16m at cal y/e 2000 to 9.2mn at 30/9/01, including the prefs.

The real kicker is the 960k Class A prefs issued in Feb '01, which may convert into 1.92mn common at an average of C$1.375/share!
