"Need IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE for the stock price to go up into 3 digit p/e's."

RL,
Exhuberance doesnt always have to be irrational. An argument can be made(as it was by jerome) that with all this liquidity another boom may ensue which will justify valuations. I tend to doubt it but all this money being printed is driving the market into believing just that. Even if it is only a boomlet, stock prices could do well. Irrational exhuberance happened after Greenspan started raising rates and the market refused to take this into account thinking the boom would go on forever. mike

Hi Ratan,
Both of us have different Techniques of predicting the future prices of AMAT. I was successful in predicting at least triple digit prices for AMAT the past 2 Bull Markets using my Technique. Now I'm here again calling for a triple digit - All Time High price of AMAT before this current Bull Market is over. This Bull may last for 1 year, 2, 3, 4, who knows? But even if AMAT can not reach 100 this time around, well, I see to it that I still make money anyway I can. No problem. If the stock's rise is due to IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE --- why should I complain?

I know you have your own successful way of investing. I don't need to explain to you further. Do what you think is best. The saying goes like this: --- "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Good Luck!
