That's true. But let's assume AMD ships 8.0 million CPUs in Q4 (reasonable guess since Jerry also said that he expected to sell more than 8 millions). Let's also assume that overall ASPs are up $10. That means revenues from processors would be around $100 million higher (7.7 million * $10 + 0.3 million * $70). The high range of the guidance for overall revenue increase was 10%, that would put us at $75 million plus. So flash has to be down $25 million. AMD's flash division must really doing poorly for that to be the case. But since I never saw Jerry downplaying or sandbagging, that's probably in fact the case.
