3 cents Pro Forma,meeting First Call estimate.

Real loss was 92 cents per share.

I'm going to get one of these right eventually. I missed MRVL, cause I put my order in too late. :o(

...but, on a brighter note, I did manage to cover a bunch of WEBX, and holding my core. :o)
