JLA, you do not mention that a quilty verdict requires 3/4 of the tribunal - not unanimous - and does not require proof beyond a reasonable doubt. To allow capital punishment to be carried out with less than a unanimous verdict and proof less than beyond a reasonable doubt is a miscarriage of justice. Furthermore, the federal rules of evidence are suspended so that all kinds of hearsay gets admitted.

Why do you object to monitoring? I believe an independent honest person who does not reveal protected information can be found and that person can guarantee that no illegal communications occurs between the terrorist and others.

All arguments against the President's use of War Power's are based on the assumption that dishonesty and good faith cannot be had by good and honest folks in secrecy. America has demonstrated more honesty and mercy over time than any country that has ever existed. It is in the nature of who we are. So in that I cannot fault in any way shape or form the honesty in all judgements I've seen by the President, I will accord to my President the continued belief in his honest and integrity and that he will exercise very cautious judgement in apply all rules and law.
