This is a better settlement for Erin Ventures. They have only diluted shares by 2 million instead of 2.5 million. They also raised $450,000 instead of just extinguishing debt of $400,000.

Also, my guess is that insiders subscribed to this PP and set themselves up for a stock price increase instead of giving it to the creditor.

I wonder who wanted the Oct 23 deal scrapped.
