Dear Charles: No, I dont think its that, nor do I think anything SINISTER is going on. I think the MSFT just LUCKED OUT in that presently we have far more important considerations then breaking up MSFT or whatever. The 9/11 SNEAK ATTACK and the developing Recession have moved to the forefront of the US policy. MSFT got relegated to the back burner and likely we just wanted to get it over with. Down the road, IF MSFT continues its nefarious affairs I would imagin it will come up AGAIN. Meanwhile, back at the Ranch, (gotta say that cause you live in Texas) I think it is safe to say that MSFT's partners and customers fear them LESS then they did in the past, and that is a good thing.
