Sure it can, we need to watch the CRB and see if it holds it's 1999 lows and watch the US yield curve,
from the Eurdollar futures ( which is an interest rate contract, which mirrors the TBILL rate, but for Deposits,
offshore not backed by the US Govt) out to the 10 yr notes and 30 year bonds.
