RS, if limited to concrete jungle coverage, a Globalstar ATC system would be much cheaper than the usual $multibillion terrestrial coverage costs. Rural areas would have only LEO links, not terrestrial.

I think I remember... doesn't Loral have a security interest in a terrestrial wireless repeater network? Yes, I am sure I have read that somewhere before.... (Wink, Wink..)

I don't think Loral ever mentioned this little tid-bit in their SEC filings..

Anyone wanna guess who "this" company is... Rocket Scientist can't play... Because I pointed this out to him several months ago..
