HWP need CPQ more than CPQ needs HWP... I agree with that statement. I think the holdback on CPQ price is its relationship with HWP. If this merger fails, a lot of HWP executives will be searching for another merger and another job. The printer business that has carried HWP so far has limited growth prospects. Many of us when we upgrade to a better computer keep the same printer that we had. That plus the notion that CPQ is closer to profitability with the computer business than is HWP. Jerome
