Regarding the military trials, I've been reading up on it a bit and I take exception to the provision that a 2/3 majority is required for conviction. If you're going to conduct trials in secret, the jury should be unanimous. That, IMO, is a minimum safeguard.

Rubbish. The vote is supposed to be 75% not 66.333% under UCMJ and on top of that any terrorist or his attorney who would sit in front a jury of US soldiers is a complete idiot. They will be much better off in front of the presiding officer with no jury......
