Sure there will be. Heck, there are benchmarks where a 1.5GHz P4 will trounce a M1900+. But, assuming that Intel hasn't nought the majority of the hardware sites by that time, the number of commonly used benchmarks where the 2.4GHz Northwood wins versus the M2400+ wins will be roughly equal. And that assumes that AMD has not moved to a FSB of 166/333MHz by that time...
