I am in favor of a Russia strengthening its economy, which will have the dividend of improving global stability, diminishing the relevance of the Chi-com government, and probably reducing nuclear proliferation from the Russian arsenal. Whatever the US can do to help, while maintaining our national interests, is in order. ~SB~
