You aren't Russian. No, I'm not. And that's the point. Your post was about foreign investment, I thought. (Although perhaps you had in mind re-patriating Russian capital). Some Canadian businesses have had negative experience in Russia. And bad news travels a lot faster than good. I'm quite sure lots of foreigners are investing there but many more would if they were sure of the physical and legal security of their investments. I'm not talking about the business case - that's always insecure everywhere - I'm talking about expropriation at gunpoint or fiat and no compensation. I said sky's the limit and I believe it is.
