I don't have time right now, during the day, but one of us investors here should see how the teleconferencing division is doing presently, a small local video teleconf. business in my area, has seen their business grow way beyond their expectations since sept. 11.

Not without a major sale in the high margin business.

Better fish to play than this although it hasn't moved back this week like I thought. Still A few days left, still wouldn't be surprised at 4 to 5 around year-end or Jan.'02

The debt will get renegotiated because the stock price is up. Another convert can be expected in the spring (that's a guess,however). Just another year-end trade in my mind.
