Having said all of that none of you has presented a realistic solution You're right of course. But the recent injection (re-injection might be a better description) of all the old emotional, symbolic, religious issues, the parading of mythologies and counter-mythologies (not to mention the intifada) have made the conflict insoluble for the moment. Border conflicts can be negotiated. But existential struggles must be fought until exhaustion.
