Actually, women who have borne children have a reduced chance of getting breast cancer. That's the only one I can think of. Hardly enough to compensate for the health disadvantages, but something.

Neo is simply wrong about that. Pay no attention to him. He obviously doesn't know about the long list of complications inherent with pregnancy itself- and unrelated to child birth.
