whats the cheapest LD rate you now of? i get 3.47 cents per minute using ATT prepaid card from Sam's club, no monthly charges. i do not have a cell phone (gasp). i have the most basis LD service from Verizon, 9 cents per minute weekdays, 5 cents weekends- no monthly fee, but use the ATT card for all LD cards (have phones programmed). You mentioned cheaper rates- your cell is great, is that no roaming? what about other pre-paid cards???? T is between rock and hard place. my only interest in it right now is the cable takeover play. market looks like it wants to sell off. the afghan euphoria could wear thin real quick if some terrorist act somewhere. they must be getting desperate, if they have any strength, think they will try something. i fear there are still some running loose in US. larry
