I should perhaps note that the First Amendment prevents the United States Congress from passing laws which modify freedoms of expression. It does not directly apply to companies and smaller organizations.

The concept of "thought police" is somewhat applicable, though I am somewhat thankful that the most aggressive member of the thought police has been banned from this thread.
