I said Goldman are selling, not buying, at 4.20. Placing a 6 m block. My broker called me and told me Goldman's traders are calling institutions to offer stock. They are not revealing who the seller is, that was my speculation.

I like the stock, and believe it's worth around 10 (it has 3.5 $ / share worth of tax losses carryforwards + 60 cents / share in cash) plus the value of the business and the pattern, which is clearly working.

However, if it's G.A.P. selling, they have some 20 m shares in total and have clearly decided it's time for them to get out (they are a venture capital fund). They have just sold their stake in PCLN Europe to PCLN US.
