There's confirmation of your point. Leaves me shaking
my head. If credit card debt is as great as reported and if bad loans are as great as reported (so much so that the credit card companies have been downgraded), then when do we hit the wall?

Washington: Housing in most metropolitan areas continued to experience
strong price gains during the third quarter, but fewer areas saw prices
rising at double-digit rates, according to the National Association of
