spectrum. The people who created the value were Allen Salmasi and his QUALCOMM colleagues who invented
and commercialized CDMA. They are the ones who should get the money from the value of their creation."


What a bunch of hogwash!

The entrepreneurial people of the USA created the value in the C-block spectrum by building the largest economy in the world and the rewards should be returned back to the people! To suggest Alan Salmasi deserves this windfall because he helped deliver CDMA to commercial viability in the USA is totally outrageous! Please tell me you're joking!

Shame on you Maurice! Shame, shame, shame!
