Wallberg is neat fellow but he is getting a huge TA head fake, imo(and he his psychology is natural bullishness,he has never been at ease with bearness:)---bear market rallies can be awesome and when they happen one must not lose sight of the underlying premise--fundamentals.
Also his refrain about ALL that cash on the sidelines.
Well the money pouring into the market now isn't coming from Heaven--it's been pouring in from the sidelines and has been doing so relentlessly for close to 2months.
Yardeni mentions that Greenspan could have liquidity problems down the road. What does he mean?--Greenspan has created massive liquidity so what happens when he needs MORE--after that has been jammed into the market.
Drop interest rates to zero? We are walking a razor edge, imo.Max

This commentary was written too early. Interest rates have surged the past few days. Stocks now overvalued; no longer undervalued.

Nice contrary indicator. He does give a nice version of the bull argument. I agree that these factors are all important, which is why I do not expect a drop to 1200's which would be following the pattern. It seems that we are no longer in a parabolic selloff but are in the flattening stages. I just refuse to give in to the idea that the parabola will start right up without flattening first. I think we are at a landing not a V-shape bounce.

The main problem is that lack of new highs. Strong stocks have just no been bought during this rally. Only oversold stocks. I do not believe that bull runs start with the weak being bought up before the strong.
