FED TALK: Although Fed Fund futures clearly show expectations of another rate cut in December have fallen sharply, nearly all of the primary dealers continue to expect another 25 basis point cut at the Dec. 11 meeting. A Dow Jones survey of 21 primary dealers (those authorized to deal directly with the Fed) shows only one (Barclays) believes the Fed is done cutting rates. And 15 of the 21 dealers believe the Fed will cut rates another 25 basis points to 1.50% at the January 29/30 FOMC meeting.>>
