I got the full cavity search again this week. I really think that my extra efforts to not set off the metal detector draw attention to me. I empty all of my pockets before I get to the checkpoint and put the stuff in my bag. I even take my belt off. This week, they went over my whole body with the wand at least three times. When the button on my pants gave the little chirp, they made me undo my pants....no kidding. Imagine if that Green Party chick got the treatment that I got. That wand was touching my body the whole time. If it was gloop, he would have been getting wood. I even had to pull up my pant leg when the pins in my leg from surgery triggered the chirp from the wand.

Last Monday morning, the busiest day for the commute to SJ, the plane was maybe 80% full. It use to be that if you didn't buy your ticket two weeks in advance, you could not hope to get on the flight.
