Actually these corporate tax rebates go back to 1986 when Reagan and Bush were in office. If you were to discover you overpaid the govt back in 96, they'd say, "too bad, too late", but not for corporations?

That's a real laffer. You're a real joker. All the Democrats have to do next October is ask, "Was your 401(k) better off under Clinton or Bush?" That's the only question they need to ask.
