hey cheryl, i really liked mr. tutt's idea about distributing msft's cash horde to their investors in the form a dividend. it seems fair to shareholders, consumers and justice would be served. msft needs a just penalty for the illegal actions they participated in. i would be willing to sign-on to such a document if one were drafted <g>. rocky.

Otoh if "we took a poll" from the same group of people theyd overwhelmingly agree that the punishment fits the crime.... Much like swearing at a funeral in a particular state does.... Frivolous lawsuits resulting in minor convictions GET frivolous punishments (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... -Be thankful the punishment goes MUCH further then it should (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... - Be thankful to MS for massive and expeditious penetration of software (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... - BE thankful for other reasons then selfish ones. For a change. - BE thankful, thank YOU.
