Hey, we're at war. This is the enemy. Extraordinary situation requires extraordinary measures. There are precendents for this type of proceedings during civil war and WWII. We shouldn't try them in our regular court system. Does O.J. mean anything? If the towel dosn't fit You must aquit. Chances of any one of the leaders of al-quieda making it out of Afghanistan alive is about nil anyway. How does that sound? Bush just puts out an order to kill them rather than take prisoners. Sounds good to me. Go GWB!
