Ike I agree with almost all that you say but the big difference in the US dealing with terrorism between bush and clinton was quite simply 911. My country is both lazy at times and tolerant almost all the time. The attack on the wtc galvinized us as almost nothing else could have. After my initial grief my thoughts went more to God help the perpetrators and have mercy on them because we sure won't. All that said if oil falls too low i will be bad in the long run for both the arab states and the US.
