Steve, Re: "Do you think it is relevant to consider that an employee from AMD is posting negative comments against Intel or an Intel employee is posting negative comments against AMD? I think I am in the majority who think it is relevant."

Wrong. You toss out wild accusations like candy. To you, the entire Intel thread must be working for Intel. Do you also believe the entire AMD thread is working for AMD?

Some of us are just tech savvy guys with an open Internet connection, and a desire to discuss hardware. For your information, if it weren't for a conceited egotistic CEO, I'd probably like AMD a little more. If it weren't for horrible marketing, and crooks for management, I'd probably be interested in AMD's long term potential. The Athlon is obviously a contender for the most powerful microprocessor, but frankly I don't think that AMD management can pull it off.

If that makes me an Intel employee in your eyes, so be it. There's obviously no point in me denying an accusation like that once you convince yourself it's true.

P.S. Thanks for the link, and for reminding me that you do post relevant topics... sometimes.
