Try the free trial on this one... chartpattern.com The best out there IMO. When risk gets high he goes to cash or raises stops. He is currently only holding one stock (QLGC) with a tight stop. He is often all cash and out of the market in a very timely fashion too. There are archives of recent newsletters available on the site, as well as chart pattern education.
