I'm interested in the fact that Rambus has gone UP, significantly, since Intel announced they were ramping DDR P4 chipsets early, and all but completely dropping RDRAM. The legal stuff all continues to be delayed for some time. The only recent news is that SiS announced they'd offer one chipset for RDRAM, to fill the vacuum left by Intel not supporting the replacement "4i" Rambus, which news seems to have been the catalyst for Rambus's rise. I would think that having Intel replaced by SiS as Rambus's supporter would not be great news.

So I'm wondering if it's time to go short on Rambus? The Rambus stock price keeps rising and the puts keep getting cheaper - they're getting pretty tempting.
