Here is a sure fire way to double your money.............. Fold it in half and put it back in your wallet. Financing 16K on a credit card is gamble one can't afford. In a bull market you could have thrown a dart at the Nasdaq and made a mint. At this point in time its for seasoned professionals who struggle for every dime. If you are serious... wait for the Nasdaq to break 2500. That should give you some safe ground. Good luck.
